Check out was 12 noon. That gave me a chance to sleep in and not have to rush around to get out. The breakfast went until 10 AM and was well stocked right to the end (I never got there until 9:30). The pool was large, deep and clean. The hot tub was clean and had jets that worked well The bed was real comfortable and had nice pillows The room was very clean. I REALLY appreciate that! The TV server was easy to understand, there was a guide on the screen to be able to choose which program was on which channel. (Most hotels now have tv but its a crap shoot as to where to find a program, you have to scroll each half hour to see if there is something to watch)

Super friendly Breakfast staff-can’t remember her name but she was always smiling and so friendly. Such an asset to the facility. Good breakfast-many options, nice pool and amenities and overall great experience. Housekeeping is very good at keeping the rooms nice and clean and fully stocked!

Fiona at the reception gave us a warm welcome while making sure everything was ok for our stay. Great breakfast. Favorite place to stay in Thunder Bay.
